{at the moment}
Tonight is the sort of night where I would love to curl up with my darling on the couch and watch Doctor Who and Castle. We’d eat burritos from Berto’s on the nice plates and drink raspberry lemonade from wine flutes we got from Walmart.
It’s a good idea, I think. But it’s the wrong night to have it.
Just so he gets the hint later on.
Reflections of a Harvest Worker - Hope is not impossible.
Hope. This man with a message relies on this simple four-letter word every day while being out in the fields. This man must make this hope manifest through confidence, optimism, enthusiasm, and patient perseverance. Having hope is to have a foundation for faith, leaving no room for discouragement or fear.
These fields are rough, but not impossible. The seeds are planted here and there and only time can tell when they will grow. As for now, this man with a message will endure well; someone here needs his message, this man just hasn’t found them yet.

Reflections of a Harvest Worker - Change of heart.
Green trees, warm air, and the smell of living, growing things makes this man feel at home in this foreign land. Most days are rough with better ones springing up here and there. No matter the difficulty, this man with a message tries to steer away from negative thoughts and focus on the positive.
This man has also recently decided to challenge himself to have a change of heart by speaking to others from the heart and not so much from the mind. He’s not entirely sure how long this will take, but he is determined to accomplish this feat. He is tired of his old self and desires a new one, a better one. He will be genuine, kind, understanding, a bringer of hope to all who will receive it, and a comforter to those who desperately need it.
Time is no issue here, this man will accomplish this task no matter how long it takes. This man is going to be positive. That is his goal.
[This seems like the kind of adventure we should go on. Just sayin’.]

Reflections of a Harvest Worker - Hopeful seeds.
Rain and sunshine bring out the best in plants, perhaps the harvest will be greater in time. Seeds are planted and soon will grow, it is hope this man with a message relies on, hope that these simple seeds will take root and grow into a good and strong harvest.
The ground in this field is hard and the fertile places are few. Much effort will be required here out of this man, for it will teach endurance well and will try his faith. Hope is a guiding star, this man strives to see it every night, even through the clouds.
The sun shines for a brighter day after dark, wet nights. This man sees a bluejay flying from tree to tree. He smiles; “They sure are pretty,” he thinks to himself, “but bluebirds are better.”

Reflections of a Harvest Worker - New Challenges.
This man with a message has now changed from one part of the field to the other. He has now been called from the low streets to the high roads up in the mountains.
He is told by the other workers about the difficulty of finding those who are truly searching for the truth; the work here is rough and full of opposition.
This man has hope, as difficult as it is, as cloudy as things may get. One day soon, the sun will come shining through. It will be glorious once again.
Never give up hope, have patience, the light will come.
